At Bita, we stand by the quality of our anti-hangover jelly and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re a first-time customer and not fully satisfied, we offer a one-time 100% money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Due to the nature of our product, returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• It was purchased at full price (sale and subscription items are not eligible).

• You provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@getbita.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
2. 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee (For First-Time Customers Only)

We want you to try Bita with confidence. If you’re a first-time customer and Bita isn’t for you, we offer a one-time refund on one box, no questions asked.


Eligibility:

• Available only for first-time customers.

• Applies to ONE full-priced box (bulk orders and additional items are not covered).

• Refund request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be unopened and unused.


Not Eligible for Refund:

• If the product has been opened or used.

• If you have previously purchased Bita.

• If the item was purchased at a discount or as part of a subscription.


To request a refund, email hello@getbita.com with your order number and full name. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once approved.

3. Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@getbita.com with a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items


For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items

• Subscription purchases

• Gift cards

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
